Theme: The theme of my book is based on the red string of fate: according to East Asia belief and invisible red string connect those who are destined to meet, regardless of the time, place, or any circumstances. This person won’t always be your significant other, it could be your parent, sibling, friend, teacher, or the person you are dating or whoever. It could be anyone you interacted with. That invisible red string you are connected with may stretch or tangle but will never break.
Original by Aleeha Azhar, I wrote the story and illustrated it for my final year project 2020. Due to time limitations, my choice was to turn it into a 60 pages graphic novel. It was quite rushed and I couldn't make it to my very best. However, I felt joyful drawing the book and I learned a lot from the process.
